Instructions: Easier than apple pie:Prepare 1 refrigerated pie crust as directed on package. Place on foil-lined 12-inch pizza pan; press out any folds. Brush crust with some of 1 lightly beaten egg white. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon. Toss with 4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples. Spoon into center of crust; spread to within 2 inches of edge. Fold 2-inch edge of crust up over apples, pleating crust as needed. Brush with remaining egg white; sprinkle 1 tsp. sugar. Bake in preheated 425 F oven 20 minutes.
